Granuloma teleangiectaticum/pyogenicum
The granuloma teleangiectaticum or pyogenicum is a benign, small tumour that contains many bloodvessels, and that frequently develops after a previous lesion (cutting wound, mosquito bite etc). It bleeds easily and is a sort of exaggerated response to an inflammation.
The treatment is cutting away the lesion or coagulation (burning with electric knife).
